last night at the berry light district we saw the berry factor finalists battle it out for the chance to be crowned the berry queen (or king) and also take away ��1000 in prize money! all 3 acts were truly amazing but in the end jodie harsh and the judging panel had to pick one and that one was martha-polly bolton who you can see playing above. she will be performing tonight at the last of our berry special evenings at the the berry light district. be sure to pop along to see her play and taste some of our XXXciting vitamin water cocktails!

mel b kicked off our berry light district last night sporting a saucy blonde wig which caught everyone off guard. she looked pretty fab in it though didn’t she! judging from jodie harsh’s tweet it was equally a nod to her as it was to the theme for the night! after a mini competition which saw dean piper riding a mic stand mel b then introduced right said fred to the stage who sang all their classics to the adorning crowd before jodie harsh hit the wheels of steel. mixed together with some xxxotic cocktails made for a fabulous night!

that’s right, it was the q awards last night so we thought we’d give you a little update of the winners and the not-winners of the night! okay, done. tick. now what are people really talking about? yup, you guessed it! it’s wino knicking the limelight once again with her infamous antics. not only did she bungle her stage appearance once… but twice after refusing to get on the stage to hand an award to the specials. eventually she made it up there just as the band began their acceptance speech blurting “put your hands together for the most inspirational band of all times, the specials” just as they left the stage. poor al murray having to polyfil the silence! as soon as we find some video footage we will duly share!
