this will be my last post. i’ve had fun with these diaries. its been a few weeks since i last spoke to you, and its now proper winter! brrrrr!

i’ve been crazily busy having a lot of fun. plus i have some extra special news (a bit more about this below)

ok so… where to start??! bestival was amazing i dressed up as the white queen of narnia! good times…

i’ve been heading in and out of europe a lot in the past couple of months as well, having a great time on the french tv show called taratata. it reminded me of later of jools holland a little bit the way it was set up. we were on there with maroon 5, phil collins, k’naan and lots more. it was a celebration of arthur guiness and a great excuse to have a merry time the pub venue. was one of my favourite gigs all year round

i’ve also been on my 1st uk headline tour, which has been phenomenal thanking you!! so, just got back from la, which was a lot of fun. it has been great spreading the doolittle word and introducing myself to different places around the world. i got to do a show in la and in san francisco and both were really, really great.

i’m now on tour with paloma faith and loving it. also i came as a corpse bride and my boys are all my corpse ex-husbands which i killed one by one…! actually i just saw paloma and her crew walking on stage and they look incredible. paloma in donnie darko style black bunny ears and the rest all vamped up!

really looking forward to reaching out all the way down to australia very soon… coming nearer the end of november so look out down under hope you’re well, remember to keep hydrated with vitaminwater!…

it’s that great time of the year again where we actually look forward to the saturday night in. yes, the great british institution – the x-factor, kicked off again this week in style. in true x-factor style, we were treated to a monster of a show with more than it’s fair share of “interesting” acts.

our pick of the bunch has to be shirlena johnson, who faced the judges with a somewhat eclectic rendition of duffy’s mercy, which at first caught us a bit off guard – although now we can’t get enough! not sure how many of you would agree though, even if we’ve placed our bets on her becoming this year’s jedward! we’ve included shirlena’s audition above for your viewing and listening pleasure, you can thank us later…

since i last spoke to you, i’ve been keeping busy with some festivals. i actually was lucky enough to play at 4 festivals in one weekend: tramlines, secret garden party, key 103 and radio aire. i absolutely loved them all but secret garden party was especially beautiful, and for me even more so as i got to sing with gorillaz sound system! they remixed my song pack up and we did some crazy video beforehand and everything! you have to see it! i actually wore pink tights for it, just to go with my pink i-focus vitaminwater water, hee hee! 



at the secret garden me and charleston did the black cab sessions too! rolling around the festival singing in the back! lots of fun! and i must say charleston looked pretty damn cool in his ray-bans!



i had a very interesting time with alan carr busking on the streets of london and he interviewed me for more magazine! he is a very funny and loverly gent!



over the last few weekends i’ve done some more festivals – one all the way in sunny glasgow and the other all the way in sunny cornwall! i had a great time on the bus with my beautiful stinky boys, especially jameson’s muso antics! we spent a lot of time in the van. i think van is my 2nd home now.



as i’m typing this, i’m sitting at cologne airport in germany. i just got in from berlin. and then off to amsterdam tomorrow as well! am really enjoying seeing different parts of europe and am keeping my fingers crossed that people will like my music out here and everywhere! wish me luck!!!…look out for my final vitaminwater blog post coming soon…!

blame me or thank me (i think most of you will be thanking me), here’s a well deserved distraction to your day! twilight hunk kellan lutz was spotted this week taking a break from the day to day stresses of being a vampire, with a lazy day chilling out on the beach. not wanting to be caught out, kellan made sure he wasn’t without the hottest summer accessory – a bottle of glaceau vitaminwater’s refreshing xxx triple berry.

kellan is the first of many celebs drinking vitaminwater that we’ll be keeping a sneaky little eye on, keep up with our progress on facebook!

my oh my, what a scandal that would be! luckily, he is not really cheating on the lovely katy perry, just acting out a scene from his latest movie with jennifer, arthur.

we

bestival is a cracking family festival in a castle by the sea. it takes place
from the 30^th of july to 1^st of august at lulworth castle

kendal calling

kendal
calling has been occupying the fields of cumbria for one weekend every summer
since 2006. it takes place in lowther dear park in the beautiful lake district.

a little about dolittle.. eliza is 22 and hails from camden, north london.
her influences are the likes of the beach
boys, the kinks, and stevie wonder. in her own words: “i’d like to be a pop
musician in the proper old school vein of pop when there weren’t any different
genres like there are now, it was all just pop music,”.. you’ll see what she
means in the above video of her single ‘pack up’,
from her first album ‘eliza
dolittle’.

i’m really liking
eliza already, and have got to say that her
